The main negative issues, apart for stopping working after three years, is that the tools are fiddly to use.
Price
If you have pets, this is worth the cost, 100%.
This new one is just as good and for a great price.
For the price it's not cost effective to try to get it repaired, so i'll donate it somewhere rather than send it to landfill.
In all, it's a very good vacuum cleaner for the price.
Packaging/appearance
It comes bundled with a few accessories which i haven't used but it's nice to know they are there in case i need them.
Competitiveness
I'm very impressed with this hoover given the reviews had 2 sharks and they don't even compare.

Ive just purchased this as i have a cat whos fur is a pain i hoovered this morning with my old hoover so when i received my vax i just tryed it out and the fur i collected is ridiculous
