It is a lot heavier and with the suction it is not quite as agile but boy can it lift the stuff off and out of the carpets!

But it does a great job, which is quite annoying as vax is something i'd not normally go for due to the cost.
Really pleased with this purchase and the price tag, glad i found this and didn't pay £400+.
Is a bit heavy, but i am also a bit patheticly weak.
Competitiveness
Good value for money compared with other brands.
Bit of a faff to clean the head out but suction is pretty good.
The hose, while being long is not so great on the suction and again can be a bit of a faff.

This is a super sucky machine so no good for lightweight rugs as it sucks them right up but amazing on carpet

Getting the guarantees easy you just register online on the vax site and attach your amazon invoice

Only one criticism is that you have to turn it off to press button to change from carpet to hard floor

For 3 years ive been using a well known cordless cleaner a bit like a motorized carpet sweeper and knew advertizing notwithstanding that it just wasnt picking up enough
