I dropped a star because the hardwood floor extension is useless and difficult to put on and take off so use the appliance without it

Thought i would be taking it back as we are fussy and a vacuum has to feel right did try the other vax models which seemed awful to hold the hoovers felt good but didnt have good enough ratings for the price and we dont like the dysons

The vacuum goes fairly flat and fits under some beds but not the dead flat of the sebo so to get right under i had to use the hose

Hate the cord its so short i had to move it way to many times and we do not have a mansion

The dyson handheld is too fragile and doesnt hold enough dirt so youre constantly emptying it
