Product ok for tiles etc but not for carpets
After i had done, i just pulled the velcro pad off and stuck it in with the washing so it would be clean for next time.

Only thing is i thought that you could use detergent with it as one of the pictures shows a bottle of detergent but you cant so this is a bit misleading

The access to the water tank is tiny and it is impossible to empty completely bit of a poor design

Wasnt expecting to have to hold down the lever at the back in order for it to steam

Instructions state to only hold down when extra steam required but you need to hold it down most of the time for the steam to come out
