The downsides its heavy and cumbersome its noisy its wide head is good for dealing with large areas but it wont fit into edges or corners the handheld tool for this is hard to attach and on mine didnt turn off properly you were spraying and mopping up at the same time

I purchased this refurbished from vaccum directi used to do a great jobit still does but sometimes it just stops sucking up and makes a different louder noise and ive to stop and give it a break this only recently happens i got the unit in augustmy biggest bug bear is the dirty water tank never empties fully its always full of gunk and impossible to clean

Contacted the company and all resolved very quickly with a new machine delivered very promptly

Great unit does the job even on carpets i didnt think were that bad the water got sucked back up black

This is a big bulky cleaner for a shorty like me so think about that in terms of where you are storing it
