Conneting the backrest was slightly difficult because of the arc of the steel bar. Clamping down the bar was enough to allow more of the bolt length to attach the nut. The seat width is on the smaller end at 15 inches wide, so it may not be as comfort... Read More

They are on the smaller side and sturdy which is prefect for the kitchen island. This picture is of the shorter height, fits perfectly at my island.

Cons

There is a flaw in the design of the backrest so that it doesn't fit correctly into its slots. This is not for outdoor patio. The evening dew stains it.
