Pros

Took about 90 min. To assemble. Easy to assemble and fits my 10 queen size mattress. Measure and cut pieces to fit the braces, spray paint black, and slip them on. Much better than expected.

Dark and pretty, more bronze than purple, not too girly. Definitely worth the money and would recommend buying it.

This really comes in handy, as it is a small room. Classic design. Perfectly fits into my decor, modern farmhouse.

Very sturdy and quite. Holds my fluffy self and the wife's fluffy self along with the mattress. Seems sturdy so far. I hope it lasts.

Doesn’t creak like some metal bed frames. It looks good, doesn't rattle or squeek. Only issue is the support leg on the side of the bed.

Cons

The bed makes so much noise. You sit, it squeaks. The contents weren't properly inspected and improperly made pieces were included.

My only issue was with the paint.

Packaging/appearance

There was only one hole that was only 80% cut through but i was able to use a screw in the other side to bend it out of the way.

Competitiveness

Purchased because was in lieu of a boxspring and felt was high enough to store boxes underneath and to get the vacuum under.

Using a boxspring will make the mattress too high and will block the headboard.

This is a king size and i have a 12-inch mattress.
