Pros
It looks great, just as pictured. Great looking, stylish. My only complaint is that in the picture the feet look like a carmel color when they are actually black little disappointed but not enough to return the bed.
Easy to assemble, sturdy, and looks great. Adjustable height, no odors or anything weird.
It's the easiest bed frame i have installed. It's easy to assemble, the only one part might look harder is when you joint the mid frame you have hold it tie. The middle planks have velcro attached to ends that lines up with the velcro on side panels.
Beautiful and looks great in guest bedroom. Perfect for the guest room. Purchased this bed in full size for our daughter. Bought this for my sister.
Cons
Do not buy this product. Too much of a hassle to return. The box was damaged and super dirty. The fabric smells horrible, like every bad thing you cant pronounce on the back of cleaners.

The quality seems good (i’ve been sleeping on it for about a month now).
I received my bed and was very happy with the quality and ease of putting it together.
Honestly i was not expecting the quality.
Packaging/appearance
The legs in the picture look wooden but are actually just brown plastic.
Took me about hour amd a half from opening of box to tossing the matress on.
The only thing is that the wooden insets (where the matress finally lays on) were too hard for me.

Its easy to fix all the parts go with each other so precisely

As for supports they look pretty cheap but after about 3 weeks no problems just a little squeek now
