Packaging/appearance
This black chair was delivered in secure packaging with all parts and instructions that were easy to follow.
Two of us checked the box and all the packing.
Competitiveness
The assembly of this was by far the easiest i've ever had to do compared to other chairs i've put together.
I will use it until i find something similar with a higher back.

You can at times see impressions from the bolts or support in the lower back you wont feel it by any means
