Pros

Assembly is not very troublesome, about half an hour. Took about 30 minutes to assemble. Assembling is easy. Easy to assemble, smooth rolling and comfortable.

Chair is very comfortable and sturdy. This chair is lightweight and very comfortable. It is so comfy and it is perfect for my office space.

The washers are round, but the indention they are supposed to fit into are oval. The neck rest is not comfy. The seat is too thin. Not worth it. Even the swivel wheels are plastic!
