Contacted vecelo customer service and had a replacement within 10 days with no hassle and at no charge.

Even though this happened the customer support was excellent and they immediately shipped out a new one.

Packaging/appearance

Just as pictured and every easy to put together also it was well packaged

Keep in mind the box is heavy when you receive it all disassembled.

So the table came very well package , i got the silver one the chairs feel pretty sturdy the glass top is very very heavy !

Clear instructions and well-packaged components made putting the table and chairs together a hassle-free experience.
