    I contacted the manufacturer to see if i can get a replacement piece for the chipped end that happened in transit but no response

    So i grabbed some pliers and plied off the little plastic bottom and put it on the other side and got it to work

    However it took far too long for me to realize that and what should have taken me maybe 40 minutes to put together took 3 hours in an unairconditioned room in 100 degree heat
