I contacted customer service and they were very prompt and helpful.
They responded within 1 day and not only sent a pdf with the instructions but have also sent replacement parts free of charge.
Needed replacements and customer service provided me with legs with about 3 days reply time and 3 days shipping time
Packaging/appearance
2 packages were missing bed legs however.
It looks just like the picture on the website.

It’s sturdy and the space under it leaves plenty of room for storage my only and biggest complaint is the end of the screws are exposed on the side frame pieces they point inward but this had caused them to rip holes in basically all my bed sheets where the meet the screws
