Wood with industrial minimalist look. No support needed for foam mattress is a bonus.

The directions tell you which pouch to pop open and the tools are included too! It is easy to assemble and good quality.

Sturdy for the money. It seems sturdy enough to support adult weight which is ideal for me as i want this bed to last through his teenage years until he heads to college.
