Pros

Veepeak is an inexpensive and convenient way to go. Finding and installing the driver was a bit cumbersome.

Switch feels sturdy, and is labeled correctly. Seems durable. My only concern is longevity. Has the wired connection needed to do firmware flashing that isn't supported through forscan by the more expensive obdlink mx.

Usb adapter is wonky and sometimes disconnects but forscan handles it fine. It allows you to visually see a failing sensor or track multiple sensors at work with each other. Allows you to diagnose your own fomoco vehicle.

I've used forscan lite on android with a usb->usb-c adapter.

Real time stats are limited in forscan lite, not sure if that's the reader, software or my usb adapter.
