This also has the added benefit of multivitamin and fibre which are even better for your health than a simple protein powder. I have ibs due to health issues and often have to fast because my digestive system is so wonky.
Cons

The underlying chai flavour is quite nice, but it's clear that they went completely overboard with the stevia. It is very thick. Basically the reused the chocolate flavour and tossed in a pinch of berry.

This is a very good quality product.
I love how this makes my protein intake quick and easy, along with other great vitamins/nutrients!
It’s a little difficult to mix with just a shake bottle, you do often end up with slightly chalky bits so make sure to shake well.

Price
Only thing i’m giving 4 stars is the price, my local store you get at same price for 524 gm and this is just 461g so need to be careful.
It's the same price as the grocery store 🙃
A little on the expensive side so i would try to get it while on sale.
Also the price is better on amazon

I mix with cold water and shake by hand as it dissolves pretty quickly but if you let sit it does tend to get a bit gritty and thick
