Pros
Same as shown in the picture, came in lilac colour. However the packaging can be improved. Above my expectations, well done amazon for amazing hair straightener at this price range, wishing to receive services like this always.
Cons
Even with one section of hair ironed, it cools off immediately. Then you have to wait again for it to heat up again. I have to move the straightener zillion times. Damages hair even after heat protectant is applied.
Better buy phillips, etc. Not worth the price. Utter disappointment.
