Pros

Vega protein powder contains 20 grams of protein. The taste is smooth and not chalky. The texture is deferent the one i buy at the store isn't so powdery.

I start every day off with vega essentials to insure my body gets the nutrients it needs to stay healthy. All whole food based nutrients.
