I really like the nutritional value of this product.

I mix the product with ice, banana and sometimes mix it in with my nutrabullet smoothie with kale,ginger and turmic.

I think it's what you add to it and also adjusting to the product.

It is not cheap, but is filling and i am not hungry two hours later so the price is reasonable when i treat it as a meal.

I originally bought this as a cheaper (half price) alternative to shakeology.

I have tried several nuttitional shake products, but have always had go sacrifice taste for nutrition not so with vega products.

I don't see the scam and i will continue to buy vega products.
