Pros
Chocolate flavour is the best and also more value as all other flavours come in a smaller volume. Great in a chocolate banana smoothie with almond milk and cinnamon.
It isn't chalky this way and has a nice flavour. It's a lifesaver. It blends easily and doesn't taste overly gritty.
Cons
Could not finish the first smoothie. It is very chalky or granular and did not enjoy the flavour. I wish i knew what ingredient was making this happen.

Seems to be the most nutritious powder.
Competitiveness
I started taking vega all in one a few years back as i read a review that it was comparable to shakeology and with less sugar.
After 12 days i’m 10lbs lighter with a lot of muscle growth in the upper body.

One of the few brands that doesn’t upset my stomach and keeps me full for a very long time but the chocolate flavour isn’t great
