Pros
If you can tolerate the fiber, it’s a great option for people with ibd. Gives me an immediate energy boost and then longer energy burn through the day. Keeps me full and reasonably energized until lunch time.
Berry is good with plant based milk, oj or water though we always add extra frozen fruit. The fruit ones are sweeter if that is what you like. The vanilla chai and the vanilla are not too sweet.
Cons
One scoop is over half the daily limit. Not even a hint of vanilla. Tastes worse than mulch. The underlying chai flavour is quite nice, but it's clear that they went completely overboard with the stevia.

The ingredients are mixed between organic and not with what looks like an aim to use an organic selection in ingredients that benefit most from being organic and leaving non problem sources non organic so as to save on cost and perhaps availability
