Cons

The flavor is weird. It is overly sweet and chemically tasting and it also tastes off. I pride myself on liking most smoothie and energy drinks, but this protein powder was inedible. It now tastes like the orgain meal shake - super disappointing.

Heavy metals accumulate in the body and over time, can cause very serious health issues.

Never buying again, extremely dissatisfied. Vega one is a joke" "i have a hard time trusting a company that wouldn't at least respond to the allegations and inform buyers" "not worth the money anymore.

Both contain only 150 calories per scoop. The tub is half empty, serious waste of a plastic.
