I get every mineral, vitamin and nutrient my body needs to recover all in one. And it basically has a multivitamin built in.

The berry flavor is delightful - it adds a natural sweetness without being overpowering. My favorite flavors are chocolate & vanilla chai. Btw if you are a chocolate fan that one is great with blueberries according to one of my girlfriends.

Cons

After mixing it in a blender with milk, bleh. Greenish color - kind of rotten or something.

Purchased 2 vega one mocha flavour. Very bad taste - powdery with a bitter after taste.

Vega one is really overpriced for the quality of the product. Price goes up, quantity and quality goes down. This cost/ounce is false!
