Pros

It is not chalky or gritty. One never has to worry if it blends well, it does. Make it the night before and refrigerate it overnight.

It uses stevia as the sweetener and is not overly sweet. Best tasting stevia product. Vanilla is my favorite flavor.

It has probiotics and fibre to assist in digestion as i have acid reflux. It basically has a multivitamin built in. Have it every day.
