Pros

I mix it with water and crushed ice then blend it together so it's slushy. The vanilla cappuccino is so good if you want something with a little bit more kick. Of all the vegan smoothie mixes this one has a lot to offer.

It tastes sweet even though there is no sweetener added. Btw if you are a chocolate fan that one is great with blueberries.

No significant food cravings between 6:45am and noon. It basically has a multivitamin built in. I wouldn't say it completely replaces a meal for 1 serving, i have a fruit or yogurt with it. It's packed with vitamins and nutrients.

Cons

Highly disappointed, have been taking this for decades and recommending this product to numerous people. Price goes up, quantity and quality goes down. Switched to ub super for now.

The tub looks big but it’s less than 1/2 full. The scoop (serving size) is huge. Only 9 servings in the small tub. You have to use a high powered blender in order to get any kind of results.

This new formulation is a deal breaker for me because it upset my stomach so much. Not only that but all the vitamins are off. This stuff isn't even in the ballpark of any fruit or berry i've ever heard of. But contains trace amounts of dairy and eggs... Read More
