Pea protein is the first ingredient which means it can also be used for baking. It mixes really well with plain water and is great when used to make smoothies. Easily blends well in a shaker cup with ice.

Even though i'm now consuming calories in the morning, the nutrition gives me the energy i need to make sure i don't skip any workouts. The combo of the work outs and the power keeps me fit, and full. Use it daily after a workout.

It isn't really flavorless, it almost has a protein shake flavor. The terrible flavor is impossible to mask.
