Pros

Start with 1/4 scoop to give your body a chance to adjust to the combination of mct oil, coffee fruit, & golden chlorella. This is my favorite vegan protein powder i’ve found after 9 years.

It's perfect for replacing my sugary morning iced lattes from dunkin. The matcha is a bit smoother than the cold brew. This cold brew coffee is my all-time favorite!

Since it has 100mg caffeine,it helps me wake up and not feel sleepy during day. Plus it gives me a great boost of energy.

Cons

I could only drink about a quarter of the smoothie before stopping. It tastes identical to the vanilla walmart brand powder, only this is chalky and gritty. I love the flavor though and i am bummed on how this makes me feel.
