Combination of melatonin and magnesium to help you sleep. Magnesium helps my muscles to settle down, and there’s less of a chance that i have cramping in my feet or calves occur in the middle of the night.

Really bad taste and has a coffee after taste. It's 15 days for $40, it's not worth it.
