Pros

More protein per gram compared to other vegan proteins. The protein to calorie ratio is actually better than the whey protein powder my husband uses. Morning meal consists of this powder, almond milk and 2 shots espresso.

Cons

The item is non returnable and i can't find a way to get in contact with the seller to get a replacement. It has a bitter, metal taste. Wasted my $38.
