Will drink while out walking dogs and typically 30 minutes prior to workout. The boost builds up gradually and decreases gradually -- it's very natural-feeling.

Vega sport pre-workout energizer. Great way to start my day before 6:30am hot yoga class. No sugary or caffeine rush associated with the others.

This version is less costly to produce as the components are of lesser quality and more available. This doesn't have garbage in it, it just gets the job done.

Cons

Vega sport energizer is just okay. It tastes alright but the consistency is reeeeally funky. This is also, by far, the worst tasting pre-workout mix i have ever tasted.
