Pros

The powder blends super well with no clumps which is a major plus! I like that there are just a few ingredients, it's great in smoothies. Smooth, tasty and blends well, sans protein farts.

The flavor is strong, but not overpowering. The creaminess makes it a delight.

The no added sugar and 5g of carbs per serving are just what i needed. Not to mention, it packs a whopping 30g of protein per serving. Each serving contains one gram of probiotics.

A perfect post-workout treat. This one nails it! Love this. It’s part of my post run routine now!

Cons

Texture is excessively dense and thick. Taste is horrible, taste like chalk.
