Pros
These delicious gummies are magic. I chew it not swallowing it as it is a little bigger than most pills. My only complaint is they are not as soft as others, and they tend to clump together.
One a day is definitely doable. Taste is not bad, a little tart but they are not meant to be candy. The fact that they are vegan is my main reason for continuing to order them.
My only gripe, and this is my own fault for not reading the label is the stevia extract. I am still satisfied but i do wish it only contained biotin and a bit of a lower dosage. I take it once a week but that's my preference.
Cons
If the buyer has digestive issues, this product my cause upset. I'm not comfortable with the foil seal being open. Do your own research and decide whether to follow new directions.
