Pros & Cons
Pros
The capsule is quite small and easy to *. No * aftertaste or * burps. Although they still have a slight smell like they came from the sea, it is not such a strong odor.
Cons
This product has a horrible, rancid, fishy smell. The odor lingers and the taste of the liquid capsules is the same.
Naturopaths are scammers. Worst of all, when i put it in my daily pillbox, it imparts its horrible taste to the other pills i take.
Highlights
Quality
These softgels are easy to swallow, absolutely no aftertaste or foul burps.
The ingredients are great and if you don’t mind a large pill or the smell of lemon, these are perfect vegan omegas.
The body doesn't use omega 3; the molecule must be broken down to dha and epa to be absorbed by humans.
Picked this up after tracking micro-nutrients and realizing my omega 3's were extremely low.
Price
That's the big deal about this supplement: it delivers those essential fatty oils,.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging seems pretty nice and the company was listed as being pretty reputable.
Instead of the traditional silica packet to keep things fresh, we found a yellow, gummy looking heart.
Competitiveness
Sport research + vegan , we’ve grown to trust sports research and the family has all switch to this brand!
Some other brands of omega-3 supplements also contain other vitamins that you don't need, nor do you want in high concentrations.
There are lots of brands out there, but most of them contain carrageenan.
