Pros
These are worth a try if you are looing for a good probiotic after giving birth. It seems safe for breastfeeding as well and it has some good probiotics that you lo may need as well. This one is so perfect for postpartum.
They are pretty tasteless and easy to *. The only thing that would make it better is if it was one pill and not two.
Mary ruth’s postnatal probiotic is organic and vegan. Mary ruth uses eco-friendly packaging and the best ingredients. It's vegan (which is typically hard to find) and organic.
Excellent quality, just a tad fishy smelling/tasting.
These products are incredible! They are a great company that wants what’s best for its customers. Truly a high end product.

I love the quality of this probiotics and also the soul behind maryruth organic!
The product made me gassy but stopped after 3 days of taken it, unfortunately it seem to make baby gassy and fussy
It has the worst stench though and can be difficult to get anywhere near your mouth unless you hold your breath and swallow lol.
Packaging/appearance
It’s easy on my stomach, reasonably priced, and i love that it’s packaging is environmentally conscious!
