Pros

It is easy to take on an empty stomach, is easy on the stomach, and absorbs quickly. Not tasty but not unpleasant either. The taste isn't the greatest, but it's tolerable.

Wish it wasn't as pricy but i take a dose every few days so it lasts longer. Seniors need the b vitamins, it stops leg cramps and gives energy! And his levels are normal and his doctor is thrilled! This stuff really works!

Cons

Got severe stomach pain and cramping after taking liquid vitamin. I like that it is vegan but to me not worth the hassle. Suggested use 1ml with 8oz water.
