Pros

This formulation works. I'm always thankful to find clean products that work. This is the third sr product we have tried.

This d3 supplement comes from lichen and includes coconut oil for better absorption. I never taste anything but i know they are helping balance my nutrition needs.

Took one daily for sixty days. Been taking them everyday for a month now. It's exciting to be able to get my d without feeling sick. I hope during my next set of labs that my vitamin is normal.

Cons

If you have a shellfish allergy, i suggest you get the now vitamin d3 which is vegan, kosher, and its assembly line is better managed. I know that i have hayfever; i guess * is another sensitivity. I think that i would have bothered to look up the act... Read More
