The power packs have a battery power of 5000mah, which on average will give you approximately 1-1.
At 5000mah, these are only going to give a modern large phone a single charge.
I also uae them to change my earpods etc.

A small light battery that attaches to the phone well should damage the socket• could damage the phone usb socket if it were attached and then just thrown in a handbag for example so be careful
