A book to get out of the vegetable cooking rut. It has inspired me to try new vegetables and prepare the ones i love with more creativity.

Cons

Not every recipe has a pic. The why this recipe works sections are in italics which makes it even harder to read with small print. How ridiculous is that, to take up that much space on fluff.
