Pros

The stainless steel dual wall insulated construction keeps the coffee hot for a long time. My only thing is that finer particles of the loose leaf tea still make its way into the cup.

The black matte-ish color is great.

Cons

The strainer is great and it keeps coffee hot for a long time, but it broke within a month of buying it. Lid is flimsy. Inside tarnished fairly quickly. The stainless steel sounds like nails on a chalkboard.

It is supposed to be vacuum sealed, but was not. I am not sure how the tiny particles got in. Insulation doen't work.
