Bottom barrel is too large and won't fit in securely. May be a compatibility issue with my particular headphones. No mic function.

So all in all a good quality product but too early to tell its durability.
The result is a clean sound without the annoying hum i used to get with a different cable that was not balanced.

A little pricey but bought for a friend and he says it works very well to adapt his old headset to his new cellphone.
