One big con though was several seams are already separating in places

The outer seams are all fine and in tact but the seam between two of the inside pouches has started to fray after about 6 weeks of use

Not the best for holding water bottles on the side because its so light they do not stay very well

The only negative is that since the whole thing is flexible you have to adjust your items so they aren’t poking into your back
