Update: finally contacted the vendor, a replacement was at my door in less than a week.

I picked this up on a whim before a 3 week cruise and trip to disney world.

Packaging/appearance

Two kids, one husband and myself so this momma needed to pack a lot.

I love i can fold it up inside its own pocket and pack it if i don't need it on a part of my trip.

Empty, it folds up into itself and is about the size of an envelope.

And as others have said, it's got absolutely no structure so you have to think about how you pack it.
