This bottle definitely motivates you to drink water, but be careful how it sits in your car! It really is a mindset thing, so seeing these motivational messages helped me get through it!

It holds the 64 oz. Hold a true gallon. Bought two 50 oz ones from wal-mart for less than half the cost of gallon container.

Cons

It also has holes for a strap but no strap was included. Broke in less than 2 weeks, not durable, and lock failed to work.
