If you are going to take more than 10000 ius per day of vitamin d then you need to make sure to take vitamin k2mk7 so that it puts the calcium into your bones and doesnt let it stay in your blood

It is designed to be a 30 day supply at 2ml per dose but i want 5000 iu of vit d so will only be doing 1 ml doses so will last me 60 days
