Pros
It's a little bigger than say a sisu but it protects your teeth better. Offers more teeth-protection/coverage than other venum brand mouth guards.
Works great for bjj. Not too bulky, but enough to feel protected. Stops teeth grinding from weight lifting and cracked teeth from combat sports.
This one is a bit on the pricey side but well worth it. Feels sturdy. The material is a little bit weird when boiling, so just don't over do it.
Cons
Never had a mouth guard so difficult to set up nor cause me so much jaw discomfort in my life. Since i wear it for mma, i doubt that it'll sufficiently protect my teeth from a direct punch. This mouthpiece is not very comfortable and hard to fit.

Light sparring no complaints, and my mouth with all the dental work is pricey so i am pleased with the investment of this product.
All in all for training i would highly suggest this product.
