Pros
It's flexible, yet still sturdy. Sturdy and lightweight enough for daily carrying. It's not bulky like the felt ones.
Easily transportable between purses, lots of pockets to organize, keeps the bottom of my bags clean. I'm a flight attendant and i travel with my tumi tote.
Cons
The smell is so overwelming i have to return it. It's defect product and had stains. After soaking the bag in a vinegar solution for several days, running it through an extended wash cycle, it still smells!

Most of them available on amazon were made of felt and i felt like that material would be difficult to clean

I love the look of it but it only had the one huge pocket and then two small zip pockets on one the outside front and one on the inside back

The outside of the bag is nicely constructed fabric stitching and hardware however lesser quality materials are used on the inside
