Love the interior pockets and the outside zip pocket to hold misc items. I carry a smallish leather crossbody bag that has no pockets, so this organizer is a lifesaver.

This also has many compartments so am looking forward to organizing all my *. Even if you don't change often, it keeps things so neat and orderly. The zipper keeps everything in the insert.

Cons

The product has a strong petroleum odor.

This insert is heavy. It's bulky and doesn't actually help reach items any quicker in my purse. It pinches together at the top, so it has a pretty small opening.
