I always have my heated fur throw on my legs, because of pain in my legs, and my inability to regulate my body temp due to sjogren's, and seemed to get too warm while also using heat on my ribs, so the cold ice bag seems to even everything out and i can be more comfortable.  Read Less

I easily fill it with crushed ice out of the fridge dispenser, and it stays cold a long time.
