My oem shipped with a realtek rtl8852ae.
Initially the seller sent me ax201ngw in place of ax210ngw.
Despite an initial hiccup with amazon delivering the incorrect item, the return and reorder process was smooth and hassle-free.
Packaging/appearance
I was initially skeptical because it didn’t come in intel packaging, but after installing it, i noticed a significant difference.
It came in a ziplock cover inside a small cardboard box along with a tiny screwdriver, two screws and a small bracket.
Works fine but package was very bad.

So ax211 is not compatible with amd and requires an intel cpu.
