There was a manufacturing defect in the mounting screws

Someone forgot to remove the excess material in the head of one screw and since there were no extras in the hardware bag i could only attach three of the wings instead of all four

The screws provided are too small and there is no secure way to attach the wings to these oversize holes

I do not recommend this adapter unless you have studies your vesa mount in detail to assure you that it will work with the limited hardware provided
